While divo4d strives to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or error-free. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, force majeure events, or other factors beyond our control. divo4d will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions.
In the event of obvious errors in odds, results, or payouts (for example, odds displayed as 100.00 instead of 1.00 due to a technical glitch), divo4d reserves the right to void affected bets and correct the error. You agree to immediately notify us of any suspected errors. Continuing to exploit an obvious error constitutes fraud and will result in account termination.

If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal action.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to bring any dispute against divo4d in your individual capacity and not as part of any class, representative, or collective action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against divo4d.
divo4d reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
